Order Process

1. Simply register and log-in to view our ever increasing range of brands and models available.
   
   
2. Choose and place your items into your basket just like how you would shop with any other online store.
   
   
3. As we are a B2B Company and this is a TRADE ONLY website, minimum order quantity will apply which is currently £150.00 Ex. Vat. A carriage charge of £8.99 Ex. Vat will also apply. Delivery is free for UK orders over £200.00 Ex. Vat. European orders will be charged at cost.
   
   
4. If you are a European customer, please ensure you include your EORI No., VAT No. and the address it's registered to. This will enable us to process the various VAT reference verifications that are required here in the UK prior to processing your order.
   
   
5. Proceed to checkout. You will then be linked to the address and payment page.
   
   
6. If you would like to pay via Credit Card, simply choose this option and you will be linked to the credit card secure payment page. After payment, you will then be re-directed back to our website. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express (AMEX).
   
   
7. If you would like to pay by Online Bank Transfer or PayPal, simply choose 'Bank Payment / PayPal' option at checkout. Here you will be able to view our bank details for your information and payment. If you would like to pay for your order using PayPal, currently an additional charge of 5% on the total order amount will apply to cover PayPal fees. Please email us at sales@ambertrading.co.uk indicating this. We will then send you a Proforma Invoice indicating the additional 5% charge and the PayPal payment link.
   
   
8. We will allocate your order once your payment has been received. Due to regular sales and demand, we may run out of stock on some of the items you may have ordered. In this case, we will email you with the appropriate amount less the items that are not available and a credit note will be issued on the balance which can be used on your next order with us, or if you prefer a refund on the remainder amount, this can also be made back to you once your order has been dispatched.
   
   
9. Delivery will be made within 24/48 hours after receipt of cleared payment.
