What does 'Trade Only' mean?
We only sell to the trade and not to the general consumer. As long as your order is intended to be for business or trade purposes only and not for private use. This can be an individual person or a Company. As a trade customer, you do not have the same rights as a general consumer does and this could affect you if you wanted to return goods. I am not able to view prices on the site? How can I place an order?
In order to protect you, our trade customer from allowing your customers to know the great deals and prices you are able to purchase, all trade customers would first need to register and login to view the prices.
I have registered but I am still unable to login and view prices?
As soon as we receive your registration, your account will be activated within the same time, however activation can take upto 24-48 hours.
What is your minimum order?
Our minimum order is currently £150.00 Ex. Vat plus a carriage charge of £8.99 Ex. Vat for UK mainland deliveries. Delivery is free on orders over £200.00 Ex. Vat. Courier charges will incur for European and International deliveries.
I have forgotten my password. How do I obtain a new one?
Simply click on the above 'Sign In or Create an Account' link. Add in your email address and then click on 'Forgotten Password'. We will email you a new password which can be changed once again to a more memorable one in your 'My Account' section.
What is your delivery costs?

Delivery charge of £8.99 Ex. Vat for orders received under £200.00 Ex. Vat. will apply. Delivery is free for orders over £200.00 Ex. Vat.
Delivery to N.Ireland, UK Offshore, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles
Delivery charge of £15.00 Ex. Vat will apply for deliveries to Scotland (Dundee, Aberdeen, Peterhead, Inverness) including the Western Isles, Shetland & Orkney.
Delivery charge of £21.00 Ex. Vat will apply for delivery to Northern Ireland.
Delivery charge of £21.00 Ex. Vat will apply for delivery to the Channel Isles.
Delivery to European Union
Delivery charge of £25.00 Ex. Vat will apply for delivery to the EU Zone
All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Small parcels may be delivered via Royal Mail or UPS Couriers. Delivery is next working day subject to availability. However, delivery may take up to five (5) working days. The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered. What payments do you accept?
We accept payments by PayPal, Credit Card and Bank Transfer at the present time only.
Do you offer a 'Drop Shipping' service?
Regret at the moment, we do not offer a 'Drop Shipping' service. If you would like to be informed as soon as we offer a 'Drop Shipping' service, please register online.
I am an Overseas/European customer, do I still need to pay VAT?
VAT will not apply if you are an Overseas customer. However, if you are a European customer, please ensure you include your EORI No., VAT No. and the address it's registered to. This will enable us to process the various VAT reference verification's that are required here in the UK prior to processing your order and delivery.
Do you have a printed brochure you can send me?
Unfortunately due to the quick selling nature of the products and the various new offers that are frequently available, we do not have a printed brochure. Our website is updated very frequently as and when offers are available.
