Order Process

1. Simply register and log-in to view our ever increasing range of brands and models available.
   
   
2. Choose and place your items into your basket just like how you would shop with any other online store.
   
   
3. As we are a B2B Company and this is a TRADE ONLY website and a minimum order will apply which is currently £150.00 Ex. Vat.
   
   
4. If you are a European customer, please ensure you include your VAT No. and the address it's registered to. This will enable us to process the various VAT reference verifications that are required here in the UK prior to delivery.
   
   
5. Proceed to checkout. You will then be linked to the address and payment page. Here, you will be able to add in your order reference no. and delivery instructions, if any.
   
   
6. If you would like to pay via PayPal, simply click on the PayPal logo and you will be linked to PayPal's secure payment page. After payment, you will then be re-directed back to our website.
   
   
7. If you would like to pay by Cheque or Bank Transfer, simply click on the 'Pay By Cheque' logo and you will be directed to the cheque information page. Here you will be able to print out your order confirmation for your information.
   
   
8. We will allocate your order and contact you with our bank details for payment processing by bank transfer or, if you would like to pay by cheque, simply send us your cheque with the appropriate amount. Due to regular sales and demand, we may run out of stock on some of the items you may have ordered. In this case, we will contact you with the appropriate amount less the items that are not available.
   
   
9. Delivery will be made within 24/48 hours after receipt of cleared payment. In the case of cheque payment, delivery will be made within seven (7) working after your cheque is cleared.
